Ruth Ann Thomay

Ruth Ann Thomay, of McMurray, formerly of Munhall passed away on June 7, 2024.  She was born in Pottsville, PA; the daughter of the late Ed and Ann Petchesky.  She was a very proud U.S. Navy Veteran where she served as a nurse.  Ruth continued her nursing career at the former Homestead Hospital.  

She was the beloved wife of the late John Thomay.  Cherished mother of Kenneth Hay, Suzanne Harman, Pamela Newman and the late Faith Martonik.  Loving grandmother of six grandchildren and special great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren.
