Scott was born in Pittsburgh the son of the late Raymond and Dorothy Havelka;

Beloved husband of the late Maureen (Daley) Havelka;

Cherished father of Nicole (Felix) Fischer and Shannon Havelka;

Loving brother of Sandy Ellwood and Ron Havelka;
