Stanley Renkiewicz

Stanley J. Renkiewicz, currently residing at Autumn Grove in Harrisville, PA went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus on December 6, 2020.

He was welcomed into his heavenly home by many family members who preceded him in death: his parents Stanley and Mary Renkiewicz; his sister and brother-in-law Dolores and Chuck Lukas; his sister Theresa Hotchkiss; and his brother-in-law and friend Bob Selai.

Stanley leaves behind his wife of forty-seven years, Valerie Renkiewicz, a sister Elaine Selai of West Mifflin, a brother-in-law Ed Hotchkiss and a daughter Debbie Haberman. His love will also be missed by his three nieces, two nephews, seven great-nieces and three great-nephews.

Born on October 13, 1941 in Whitaker, Pennsylvania; Stanley began a career in military and law enforcement at an early age. After serving in the US Navy, he worked as a police officer in both Whitaker and Edgewood before assisting other agencies around the country. Stanley ended his law enforcement service when he retired from the National Security Agency.

Stanley spent time living in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Hanover, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed spending time with his family, laughing, spoiling his beloved dogs (Punkin and Molly), cheering for the Steelers, fishing, and winning at Bingo.

Stan’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Autumn Grove and to Pat Krout for adopting him into their hearts and treating him like family.
