Susan (Kiehborth) MacLeod of Munhall went home to be with our Lord, whom she faithfully served, on March 29, 2023 at the age of 91, surrounded by loved ones. This would have been her husband “Cloudy’s” 98th birthday.
Beloved and faithful wife of 67 years to the late John “Jack” MacLeod.
Loving mother of four children, David (Alice) MacLeod, Mary Beth MacLeod, Sarah MacLeod, and Scott (Melissa) MacLeod.
Cherished and dearly loved grandmother of Ian MacLeod; also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Susan also loved music. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared through this love of music. She was a longtime member of Homestead United Presbyterian Church, where her husband was a Pastor for 35 years.
She attended the University of Cincinnati College of Music Conservatory and later received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Duquesne University to become a music therapist. In addition to her lifetime service for her church she was active with the Steel Valley Arts Council, a member of the National Sigma Alpha Iota Music Sorority, and served for 22 years directing and playing for the Last Days of Christ Passion Play in the Homestead area.
Susan gave throughout her life with her time, talents, and treasure.
