Sylvia Mary Williams

Sylvia Williams passed away on April 4, 2023.  She was born in Pittsburgh; the daughter of the late David and Rita (Higginbotham) Black.  Sylvia was married to the love of her life, Ron on July 26, 1958.  Through the years they enjoyed traveling, fishing, and family vacations.  Together they raised a beautiful family.  Amongst the grandchildren she is fondly remembered for her "Grammy Kisses".    She was the beloved mother of Cynthia Evans, Lisa (Art) Sternberger, Ronald Williams, and Susan (Ron) Crevar.  Cherished grandmother of Joshua Evans, Ashley Kondas, Shane (Lindsey) Crevar, Jacob "Jake" Sternberger, Nicole Crevar, Tayler Evans, Cheyanne Crevar, Leah Sternberger, and Dane Evans.  Special great-grandmother of Nathan and Andrew Crevar.  Sister of Joan (the late Bill) Miller, and sister-in-law to Thomas (Penny) Williams, and Karen (the late John) Jefferson. Sylvia was a sweet angel on earth who treated everyone with kindness and compassion.  Arrangements entrusted to the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc.
