Terrence Nea

Terrence Nea, 74, passed away on April 9, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debra A. (Hogue) Nea, whom he married in 1978; his brothers, Dennis Nea and Thomas Nea; and his parents, Thomas J. Nea and Esther M. (Smith) Nea.

Terrence grew up in Lincoln Place, Pennsylvania and raised his family in West Mifflin before most recently residing in Butler, where he moved to be closer to his daughter and grandchildren.

He is lovingly remembered as the father of Nicole (Adam) Munko and the proud grandfather of Sydney, Brody, and Evelyn Munko who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Karen A. Hogue; his brother-in-law, Gary (Janet Delmer) Hogue; and many nieces and nephews.

Terrence retired from Lindy Paving, where he dedicated his entire career, and will be remembered for his love of classic cars, the outdoors, and the simple joys of life. He enjoyed spending time with his many friends at Vacationland Campground, hunting, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family and the memories they created together.

His legacy is one of love, loyalty, and lasting friendships. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends received Monday, April 13, 2026 from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8pm at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, Munhall, PA 15120 (412-461-6394). Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 10:00am at St Thomas the Apostle Parish - St. Therese Worship Site. Entombment will follow.
