Thomas Charles Davis

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Charles Davis, a beloved husband, father, grandpap, great grandpap, and friend, who left us on October 31, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on April 28, 1940, in Pittsburgh, to his late parents Walter Davis & Gertrude (Scott) Ouellet, and a step father, Louis Ouellet, who raised him as his own after Walter’s passing. Thomas dedicated his life to his family and community, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Thomas shared a remarkable 60 years of marriage with his devoted wife, Georgene H. Davis, who passed away on March 31 of this year, 7 months ago today. Thomas missed her dearly and they are now reunited at last as it appears that Georgene called him Home. Together, they created a beautiful legacy, raising five children: LouAnn, Scott, Sean, Thomas, and the Late Joseph, whom Thomas and Georgene deeply missed and are now together again in Heaven. Thomas’s love extended beyond his immediate family to his 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, forming bonds that will be cherished forever.

With a great spirit and a warm smile, Thomas was a long-time member of the Mifflin Club, where he enjoyed connecting with friends and sharing stories. Thomas was a union man, driving trucks for the Teamsters, and he was the definition of a good time. He loved Harleys- building, buying, selling, riding, and fixing bikes. If you could ride it, he could make it, and the louder, the better. Thomas loved to fish and spend time outside, especially with a little Bob Seger or Buddy Holly playing in the background. But mostly, he loved his family; he was the best dad that anyone could ever ask for and he will be missed and remembered dearly for it.

Thomas will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, kindness, and joy will continue to inspire us all.
