Tom was born in Homestead the son of the late Joseph and Anne (Shack) Scheetz;

“Jambo “was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service;

Beloved husband of Donna (Ridgway) Scheetz;

Cherished father of Laura (Leonard) Speis, Thomas (Barbara) Scheetz, Kellie (Edward) Wehrer and Christy Scheetz;

Loving grandfather of Courtney (Mike) Peters, David (Jamie) Kwolek, Thomas Scheetz, Tyler and Evan Speis and Alexandria and Anastasia Wehrer;

Special great – grandfather of J.D., Nathan, Reese and Anabelle;

Brother of Dorothy Lesko and Edward (Alice)  Scheetz;

“Jambo” loved to walk, spend time at the beach, was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, doing yard work, Cuz’s Morning Coffee Club and spending time with his family.

Friends received on Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall 15120 (412-461-6394) where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday 11:30 a.m.
