W. Gurley Jr.

W. Ray Gurley Jr., 72, of West Mifflin, formerly of Hazelwood and Mt. Lebanon, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Beloved son of the late Ray and Arline Gurley; devoted husband of Carol (Boot) Gurley; loving father of Pamela (Gregory) Popovich and Karin (Gary) Hensley; cherished brother of Dottie Gurley Rose. Ray taught school in Mt. Lebanon for 30 years and was a Minister of Mt. Bethel Christian Church, in Limestone, Tenn., Observatory Hill Christian Church and Hazelwood Christian Church, in Pittsburgh. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 412-461-6394.
