Walter E. Ramsey

Walter Ramsey age 95 of Baldwin passed away on May 30, 2023.  He was born in Parkers Landing, Armstrong County.  Beloved husband of Patricia (Englert) Ramsey.  Cherished father of Kim (Scott) Kisner and Walter W. (Toni) Ramsey.  Special grandfather of Sierra & Josh Kisner and Luke Ramsey.  Walt was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in WWII.  He was a railroad conductor for B&O Railroad for close to 40 years.  Walter was an avid reader, a train enthusiast but he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends the most.  Funeral arrangements will be PRIVATE and entrusted to the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc.  Please share your memories and condolences at georgeigreenfuneralhome.com
