William M.Binkney

On September 15th, 2017 age  86, of West Mifflin. Loving husband of Nancy Binkney; Cherished father of Lisa Binkney-Pinigis; Grandfather of Emily Pinigis; Preceded in death by his sister Marjorie David, and brother David (Surviving, Rita) Binkney. William was a member of Omni Lodge No. 582  F&AM and VFW- Whitehall.  He is a United States Army veteran proudly serving his country in Korea. William retired in 1990 from the Allegheny County International Airport Maintenance department.
