William E. Davis

William E. Davis, age 92, of Baldwin, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025. A devoted husband to the late Margaret C. Davis, Bill lived a life marked by service, entrepreneurship, and deep love for his family.

A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Bill carried the values of dedication and integrity into every chapter of his life. He was the respected owner of Elite Beauty Supply, where his hard work and warm spirit built lasting relationships throughout the community.

Bill was an avid golfer, often found on the greens enjoying the game he loved. His quiet wisdom and gentle humor made him a cherished companion both on and off the course.

He is survived by his children, William (Polly) Davis of Baldwin and Bethann (Robert) DePretis of Finleyville; grandchildren Samantha (Dylan) Parasolick and Mark DePretis; and great-grandchildren Emmalyn and Alice Parasolick, who brought him endless joy.

Bill’s legacy lives on in the lives he touched—with kindness, strength, and a steady presence that will be deeply missed.
