William, age 74 of Pleasant Hills passed away on June 11th at Jefferson Hospital;
He was a retired machinist from Mesta Machine and Whemco. William served his country in the USMC for four years;
He was born October 15, 1942 in McKeesport, PA to the late Michael and Edith (Giles) Kochman;
William is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Carol Ann (Nicotero) Kochman, his daughter Christine (Michael) Wilkinson, his son William (Sara) Kochman, his three precious grandchildren who he loved with his whole heart, Billy and Sarah Wilkinson and Alex Kochman. He is also survived by his brothers Michael (Pamela), Daniel (Louise) and Timothy (Cheryl) Kochman , Aunt Claire, cousins and many nieces and nephews.
William was known for his kind and gentle heart and his life can be summed up by one quote from Jean – Jacques “What wisdom can you find that is greater than kindness?”
Friends received on Wednesday from 6 – 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 15120 (412-461-6394). A Memorial Mass will be on Thursday at 10 AM in St. Therese Church.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Association either on line or 912 Killan Hill Road S.W., Lilburn, GA 30047.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Jefferson Hospital who cared for William.
