William (Bill) E. Natcher of Munhall, PA passed away Friday, July 15th, 2022. He was born April 23, 1935; the eldest son of the late William C. and Martha Natcher.
Bill graduated from Munhall High School and Penn State University and served in the United States Army. He spent his professional career as an Electrical Engineer working for various engineering firms in the Pittsburgh area. Bill most enjoyed a good project and the tranquility of the mountains. When his family was young, he and his wife purchased a cabin in the Laurel Highlands for weekend family retreats and ultimately a retirement getaway place.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Natcher (née Redshaw) whom he married November 25, 1959; his brother, Jeff Natcher of Akron, OH; sisters, Janis Kingery of New Wilmington, PA and Susan Natcher-Beer of Moon Township, PA; his children, Tracy (Bob) Penzelik of Munhall, PA, Bill (Cyndi) Natcher of Cleveland, OH and David (Angela) Natcher of Saskatoon, SK, CAN; four grandchildren, Joe (Meghan) Penzelik, Erin Penzelik, John Natcher and Charlie Natcher; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 11 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 2 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street, Munhall, PA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s research.
