WIlliam Thomas

On September 7, 2021, age 63 of Baden formerly of Sharon and Munhall surrounded by his loving family, Bill went home to his Lord and Savior.

Beloved husband of Dawn (Readshaw)

Loving father of Jared (Jenna) and Kyle (Danielle)

Cherished grandfather of Ruby, Theodore, Presley and Logan.

Brother of Jim Thomas, Darlene Harper, Ed (Joyce) Thomas, and Patty Bobbie.

Also many nieces and nephews.

Bill was a retired business analyst for the Dept. of Human Services.

He had a great passion for the outdoors having ran in 4 marathons, numerous Great Races, raised money for MS with 150 Mile Bike Rides, participated in triathlons, was a ropes course instructor, coached baseball, soccer and girls high school soccer at Steel Valley High School.

Bill tried out for the Pittsburgh Pirates, was a counselor for troubled youth, he was very active in his church Concord Presbyterian Church in Baden, a Mason  but family was the most important thing to Bill.

Family and friends received on Friday from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall, PA 15120 where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 12 noon. Masonic Services will be held on Friday time later.

The family request donations in Bill’s name to Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley in Beaver, 1000 Dutch Ridge Rd., Tower 4-B, Beaver, PA  15090.
