James Grise, Sr

On September 17, 2020 age 87 of Munhall, formerly of Squirrel Hill.  Jim was born in Pittsburgh; the son of the late Roy and Rosemma Grise.  Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Reymer) Grise.  Cherished father of James Jr. (Sandy), Michael (Theresa), Valerie (Greg) Collins and Joseph (Jessica) Grise.  Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 4 great – grandchildren.  Preceded in death by his sisters Doris Reidenbaugh, Edith Duffey and brother Roy Grise Jr.  Jim was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War, a retired drywall finisher and manager from Eat n Park.  Family and friends received on Saturday from 12 noon till time of Funeral Service at 4:00PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall, 15120 (412-461-6394).  In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Jim’s name to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Center, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA  15240.
