Susan Milanak

Susan R. Milanak (Cerda) passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, age 94 of Lincoln Place formerly of Hays. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Bracco) Cerda.  Beloved wife of the late John A.  Milanak.  Loving mother of  Thomas (Carol)  Milanak, Alan (Kathleen) Milanak and Richard (Catherine)  Milanak; Cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Tyler) Watton, Timothy (Nancy) Milanak, Jennifer Milanak, Katelyn Milanak, Emily Milanak, Luke Milanak and the late Mark Milanak.  Loving great-grandma to Madeline, Isaac, Claire, and late Daniel and Jacob; Dear sister of the late Joseph (Doris survives) Cerda, late Michael Cerda, Rose Marie (late Michael) Harkovich, Helen (late Edward) Bohr, and the late Mary Elizabeth (Donald survives) Berger; Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Susan was a member of the St. Therese Church for many years where she was a member of the Senior Club, the Resurrection Choir and was also a money counter. She often attended the Lincoln Place Senior Club on Tuesdays as well.

Thanks to the caregivers for all the love and wonderful care you have given to Susan and our family.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 2 PM – 4 PM and 6 PM – 8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, 3511 Main Street Munhall PA 15120 (412-461-6394).  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle’s Parish, St. Therese Church on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM.  For all those who can not attend the Funeral Mass it will be live streamed on Steel Valley Catholic - You Tube.  Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
